ABOUT ELLENIE GALESTIAN
Ellenie’s talents have been featured on MTV, VH1, ESPN, DirecTV, and Power 106 radio. She was on SITV’s, The Drop TV show, ABC’s morning show, Good Morning America, and featured on The Today Show with NBC. Ellenie has participated in large scale performances in Times Square for NFL, NASCAR, & NASDAQ. She has also toured in Disney’s production of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” She has performed in NYC shows, including “Trains, Boats, & Planes,” as well as “La Dolce Vita” for the Sarah Ferguson Foundation (featuring Aretha Franklin and Natasha Bedingfield).
Ellenie has danced for musical artists such as Disney teen pop star, Austin Anderson, Stevie B., Amir, Mihran, Kid Creole, Sister Sledge, Karissa Danielle, and Mary Avenue. She recently choreographed and performed for Armenian pop superstar, Armenchik, at the 2009 Armenian Music Awards, where he won “Best Concert Tour of the Year.” She also choreographed for Armenchik’s concert at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and at Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas with her dance company, “In Dance We Trust.” Ellenie worked closely with Mihran at the 2009 MTV Latin Music Awards for Kelly Rowland and David Guetta to orchestrate the performance of “When Love Takes Over.” In addition, she choreographed & performed at the 2010 LA Music Awards showcase.
From stage to screen, Ellenie was featured in the VMA-nominated pop-rock music video “Check Yes Juliet” by We The King’s, “If You Want To” by Mihran, “Less Than 3” by A Living Daylight, “Not the Only One” by Skyline, French-Rock music video “Loli-Ménagerie” by Nous Non Plus. In addition, she has worked closely with international artists such as Googoosh, Leila Forouhar, and Silva Hakopyan.
Ellenie’s work in film and television include, “B-Girl: The Movie,” Wayan’s Brothers’ movie promo for “Dance Flick,” “The Brian Mcknight Show” on KCAL 9, commercial’s for Mattel Toy’s and Anaheim Comic Con 2010.
